There are chances of getting many different offers while purchasing from car dealers and you can be quite sure that the car will be mechanically fine. There are also in-house mechanics that can check and do repair if needed. But, the only disadvantage of purchasing it from dealers is that you need to spend a considerable amount on paperwork. This usually has to be taken care by the customer.
Next, you have the private owners who sell their cars at lesser rate. But, they don’t do any sort of repairs, if any. So, the risk is completely yours and you may land up in trouble if you don’t do a real check before purchase. It is advisable to take suggestions or opinions from a mechanic before purchasing from a private owner.
